I believe you must bring your whole self to the table if you want to create change in your life; your passion, personality, your sense of humor, and most importantly, your heart will be the impetus for change. All of these interpersonal elements brought me here, to be the voice and advocate for those suffering from mental health disorders.

I am hoping my counseling services & advocacy blog will inform, educate, and quickly gain a loyal following of fellow advocates who will come together, share information and be a voice for those who are not being heard. Unity will give us strength!
